When Poorna Bell found herself at the height of grief in her mid-thirties, she spent each day just trying to survive. As her new self began to emerge back into the world, she realised she had spent a lifetime playing by the rules that had been set for women.

But who set these rules? And why? In her powerful, inspirational new book, Poorna Bell asks you to reimagine your future. To know that you can write your own story - to find the confidence to live exactly as you want to, and reclaim your joy. To discover that if you want more, you can get it.

Join Poorna as she paves the way for a new future, including interviews with Marian Keyes, Asma Khan, Hollie McNish, Mariella Frostrup, Heidi Clements, Luisa Dunn, Cindy Gallop, Seema Anand, Catherine Gray, Sam Baker, Jennifer Cox and more. I absolutely loved listening to this book, it was inspirational, affirming and powerful. I liked the personal stories and opinions of the author alongside evidence and accounts from other women.

A must read for all women over 30!

Poorna’s writing but also delivery is just fantastic. Feeling at a low in my early 40s this book has been empowering but also enlightening, like the light bulb turned on and I realised the little things that have accumulated over time that has brought me to this feeling. I’m ready to find me again, revolutionise my marriage and move forward happier in my self. I’ve more than half my life left, I’m determined to make it happier and fulfilled. Warning there’s plenty of swearing which I appreciate but it’s a listen in private

As a newly single woman in her 40s this resonated so much with me and the power of not shrinking yourself for others is a motto I am carrying forward. Beautiful book. Every woman should read/listen to this

Thank you so much for writing a book that has validated the way I have felt for a LONG time! I've fought against so much trauma wise in my life and to finally listen to this bible at 34 was something i didn't know i needed and have needed my whole life. I will live and continue to live by my own rules and the rules you so free fully encourage. You are the inspirational queen we all needed from a little girl ♥️
