I joined the Mile High Club and ended up pregnant.

If only the story stopped there.
But no. It gets worse.
It gets so much worse.

Because the man who swept me off my feet thirty thousand feet in the air didn’t pick me at random.
He chose me for a purpose.
A very specific purpose.

And when Aleksandr Makarova decides he wants something….
He gets it.
No matter what…or who…he has to break in the process.

Shattered Cradle is Book Two of the Makarova Bratva duet. Aleks and Olivia’s story begins in Book One, Shattered Altar.

Storyline was good but Olivia started to annoy me with her young & naive thinking. There were moments that I just rolled my eyes and wanted to reach into the book to shake her silly with some sense! 2nd Storyline was dragged out; unnecessarily I think.

Really enjoyed this duo. Storyline kept me gripped throughout with lots of unexpected twists and turns. Great book!

What a messed up book and incredubly difficult to listen. Often it feels like the plot is unnecessarily dragged for far too long.. Just like the first book.
The reason I forced myself to listen to book 2 was because I hoped that it would get better. I was wrong...

I did get bored half way through, so much potential but like the first book it fell flat, I hoped that I would warm to the characters but that never happened, disappointed ☹️

Another excellent duet from this talented lady. Who doesn't love a Bratva alphahole with a conscience and morals. The narrator's performance was well executed and brought the story to life. This is now the 8th book I've listened to by this author and I've enjoyed every one as much as the last.

God F@cking Sh!t Dam It, that was good
