Life in Nerifir is beautiful, magical, and dangerous. I came to the Kingdom of Lorsan hoping to find a new home but found envy and betrayal.

When everything is taken from me—my sight, my freedom, and my love—I need to search deep for the strength to go on.

Now, I no longer wish for just a safe place to live. I want a true home, a place where I belong. And I'm ready to fight for it, even if that means taking over the kingdom.

This final part of an absorbing groping story, that I couldn't put down is well worth a credit

A must listen to book

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The story differs from anything I've read before, but holds some familiarity regarding mates etc.

2 downsides

1, it's too short. Towards the end it felt a bit rushed and I could just imagine this over 3 books. the 2nd being halved into both of their separation and then book 3 on his journey to claim her.

2, Writing style, I would have preferred if the MMC had been written from his POV. I tend to lose focus and drift if I feel im just being talked at, rather than being taken on the journey, like with the FMC.

Narrators were both great.

Very good

I liked the story but felt that it could have been more in depth . It kept me Captivated and that’s when I know it’s a good book .
