From two-million-selling author Joy Ellis comes one of the most eagerly awaited mysteries this year.

One moonlit night, the bodies of two young people are discovered lying entwined on a blanket in the woods. The young man is clutching a red rose. It appears to be a lovers' suicide pact....

Until Detective Nikki Galena and DS Joseph Easter look more closely. Romeo and Juliet, as they decide to call them, were murdered somewhere else and brought to the woods. But why?

Then another young couple are found dead, again beautifully posed as lovers. And Nikki knows they have a twisted serial killer on their hands. Who are the next victims?

Everyone has secrets. But some people will kill to keep them.

Poor Narrator High pitched harsh with poor differentiation of characters Another intriguing twin stories well interwoven

Poor Narrator Another intriguing story

Absolutely love this author and these characters. Another well written story. Maybe not as gripping as some of the others, but kept me interested until the end. Not full of irrelevant details that frustrate. Didn't like the narrator quite as much as the previous one. Not sure why, but struggled to picture the characters with this narrator but then maybe I just struggled with the characters all sounding a little different? Was a little disappointed at the ending; not very exciting bit it did wrap everything up and was quite satisfying. Overall a great book.

Great book!

Another great book in this fantastic series. This one went in a lot of new directions and i was not able to guess who the killer was. This series gets better with every book. I will be sorry to get to the end of the series as it currently stands.

Great adition to the series.

Unlike some other listeners I love the narrator & this book. The storylines are excellent, with the conclusion as a twist in the tale. Looking forward to the next book
