Good Storyline but.... Each twist is rectified far to easily. can't understand why they made the child 2 years old, then puts words in it's mouth for a 4 - 6 year old !!!
could have been much better 😉

I thought the first book was enjoyable and as it ended on quite a cliffhanger I immediately bought this book which concludes the story.

Whilst the narrators continue to be GREAT , I felt this book is really stretched out and quite repetitive in the to and fro between the main characters questioning their trust for eachother. I found it quite frustrating.

I feel as though the first book could have been an extra 2 hours longer and completed the story without it being separated into 2 books.

I have to reiterate that the narration was very good!

I finished Scarlet Sins Book 2, and while I was drawn into the story with its intriguing plot and compelling characters, I found myself a bit disappointed by the female lead's constant whining. Her repeated complaints and melodramatic reactions occasionally disrupted the flow of the story, making it harder to fully immerse myself in the narrative.

That said, Kira Cole's writing style remains engaging, and the book delivers plenty of steamy moments and twisty turns that fans of the series will appreciate. However, I wish the female protagonist had been portrayed with more strength and resilience rather than relying so heavily on her whining. Overall, a decent read with some room for character development.

Interesting Plot, but the Female Lead's Whining Detracts

The threat of marriage to Stefanio is all present in this book. The Russian mafia way of doing things is that they can't just say no and walk away, they have to deal with it, so this book deals with it.
Erin is feeling unloved and unsure of herself as Demyian is engaged, even though he's told her (a million times) its not going to happen. They start learning about each other and plan their future including their marriage as they are in love not forced as in the other book.
It was good and I think when I have some spare credits, I will read the other 2 books.
Narration was mostly good - Cara and Sasha's voices were a bit whiny...

Omg I loved this series there’s only 2 book but with so much passion. Thrilling moments, I’m an absolute sucker for lovey story I’m a great Audible listener. Kira Cole you have amazing imagination so thank you a beautiful story . Xxx
