Same town. Different school. New secret.

One night was all it was supposed to be. No names, no numbers, no strings. I didn't expect to ever see him again—or for that night to leave me with a permanent reminder. But life has a funny way of ruining plans.

Now, I'm back in Sun Valley, face-to-face with Emilio Chavez, the Devil who once made me forget all the rules. He's furious I disappeared without a word, and he's made it his mission to make me pay. It's only a matter of time before he uncovers my biggest secret. When he does, it could ruin everything.

But Emilio isn't the kind of guy to walk away—not from me, and not from the little boy with his eyes.

In a town where football is life, Emilio Chavez will have to decide what matters most: his dreams or the family he never saw coming.

Overall I am loving the series. I’m loving most of the characters in this series too and watching them develop is amazing. I think with this book I didn’t really connect with the FMC and therefore it left me disconnecting from the book and not really understanding why she was doing some of the things she was doing. (I don’t want to give spoilers). The MMC has been my favourite so far in the whole series and has really made me laugh and cry. Super cute couple, story and I loved how this turned out.

2 1/2 stars for me.

Love the series

After listing to many many audiobooks , I lose interest if the narrators aren’t good. These 2 are so good together. I like the story , so now I have 3 more books to listen to of this author ❤️
