My brother's stepson (8 years old) was staying with me for a few hours while they did the Christmas shopping and we built gingerbread houses and made Christmas decorations listening to this book. He loved it, listening to Santa adventures and Wacky the elf. It definitely was engaging for young boys who might normally find books not as exciting as Minecraft or Fortnight.
Fred Wolinsky did a good job narrating.
Excellent for Christmas
