They stole his truck. Big mistake.

CIA black-ops legend Christopher Wren pulls over on a Utah highway after three weeks on the road. An arbitrary decision he's about to regret.

A biker gang attacks Wren, leaves him for dead and steals his truck.

Now he's going to get it back.

From a secret warehouse in the desert. Ringed with fences. Filled with human cages.

As the body count mounts and a shocking national conspiracy unearths a connection to Wren's dark past, one thing is for certain.

Justice will be done.

"This is addictive, intelligent, edge-of-your seat writing. Wren is a hero with complexity as well as toughness; Saint Justice is as urgent and gripping as it gets." - OLIVER HARRIS, author of the Nick Belsey thrillers.©2019 Mike Grist (P)2023 W.F.Howes Ltd Action & Adventure Mystery, Thriller & Suspense Spies & Politics Suspense Terrorism Thriller & Suspense Kurgu Gerilim Gizem Suç

Some have likened this to Jack Reacher. It’s very similar, but it’s not really. Christopher Wren is more aggressive to the bad guys (and maybe you can understand why). He also has a family, that we may or may not get to meet and, he has a backstory that is NOTHING LIKE Reacher’s! The narrator, however, is Jeff Harding and for Reacher fans, he is the voice of Jack None Reacher on audiobooks. He doesn’t read it with the Reacher cadence though.

The story is action packed, not totally incredible but, the CIA truly don’t shine in this to begin with. This looks like it’ll be an interesting series! This title came free in the Audible Plus Catalogue, for which I am grateful.

Good, clever story

Started ok Story got gradually more ridiculous. Good narration but not sure I would read another by the author. Kind of a pot man’s Reacher and I don’t read them for largely the same reasons

Poor Mans Reacher

The narrator's style takes a bit of getting used to but very good once done.
Not a complex story but easy escapist listening. Will probably get the next one in due course.

Very enjoyable get the bad guys escapism

Wasn't sure reading the description..but I was wrong. Easy to get into and kept my attention. But very surprised...has a NCIS/Person of Interest vs Reacher feel. I can actually imagine Jim Caviezel as the main character. There were a few slight continuity errors but honestly loved it. Will definitely get the next one

Surprisingly good
