A heartfelt love story beautifully described which had me engrossed in every moment. Writing as smooth as Tennessee whiskey and passion as hot as the burn when it slips down.

What can I say but absolutely fantastic. The narration is so, so good especially in the prologue that had me shuddering and I still can’t forget the voice.
You get swept up into the story of Wyn as a survivor and Justin a jeweller and cleaner.
How their stories are tangled together is so perfect and they mix with the characters from the Bourbon series. A lot of questions are answered for all of them.
Birdie, Wyn’s grandma and Lou her mother are great characters and their sass is how lots of rumours start in Rumour.
Wyn and Justin’s love story is complicated but with time it becomes true love.
Wyn’s nephew Nash is a breath of fresh air and has some great comedic lines.

5 stars is not enough, this book was pure audiobook perfection. This is a book you just have to listen to and experience.
Samantha was amazing as Wyn, the accents and subtle emotions, the humor. She has been one of my favorite narrators for a while and this book really shows her talent.
Connor was perfect as Julian, the flirting, the whimpers, he brought the character to life and these two formed my favorite duo. I loved them as Grant and Laney but they were made to narrate Julian and Wyn, I could not imagine anyone else voicing these two.

This book has it all, swoony romance, strong women, men who stand beside them and an amazing plot!

I absolutely love Victoria’s writing. She sucks you into the story from page one and the characters linger in your head long after you have finished the book.
I got hooked from the first page and was intrigued by what was happening and how it all unfolded.

I love Wyn, wow is this a strong woman! Period.
The fact she is in her mid thirties is a big plus for me too.

Julian is honest about what he wants. He doesn’t know everything about Wyn but can’t deny their connection and attraction. I love a man who knows how to communicate his feelings.

And a special mention has to go out to Birdie, she is the coolest grandma
