It’s always been about the chase. The prize. The puzzle. The Game. I became the best of the best, Hermes, because no one could catch me. No one could touch me.

No one had.

Until her.

She’s everything I never knew I wanted.

She is my life.

It’s been one bad call after another in this Game. It’s cost the woman I love more than I ever wanted her to have to pay. I would give it all up for her, but the Game must be played.

I started this game for my grandfather.

I fought to win to claim the Valenshek Legacy.

Win, lose, or draw, I’m not leaving this town without Tristian Ives.

This instalment was a bit more exciting, but I don't whether its the subject matter that doesn't excite me as much as the last 3 series thatI loved.
Or perhaps its John Smith aka Ivan aka Hermes that doesn't come across so well, even though you know he must have his hands on many secrets but acts like a bumbling idiot!
I really wanted him to be more James Bond..but you can't have everything! 😂
Tristian and John made it and that's the most important in these books and so did Bram and Tink. 🙌
The ending of this book clears up a few things from MK/Hades books and Nadia and her past.
I hope there is more series out there...I really want to know about Sabine - who was her mark and is this Sin's missing girl?
Narration was good!
