It all started with a dare.

A single dare on Maisey Parker's 21st birthday and her entire life changed.

One second she was getting drunk with her friends, and the next she was climbing a cliff, cutting her hand, and accidentally offering a blood sacrifice that opened a thousand year old prison. A prison that contained the only living Titan. One too powerful to kill. One that wants nothing to do with being attached to Maisey.

Cronus has an old score to settle with the Greek Pantheon. Lucky she has some sick days saved up at work, because Maisey is dragged along whether she likes it or not. A decision Cronus no doubt regretted right around the time she makes a colossal mistake, unleashing an untold evil on the world.

Now they're in a race against the clock to resurrect the other Titans, the only beings who can contain the evil. They're the world's last hope. And Maisey's.

This story was funny, entertaining, suspenseful and leaves you wanting more! I have to stay as someone who didn’t big on #s it was a bit annoying at first to have all the #commentary but you get over it and realize it’s just the character and someone do them are quite funny!

I LOVED this book, it was entertaining and I felt the story was paced really well, a lot of these sort of books feel very rushed but this one got it perfect! The characters were lovable and I really enjoyed watching the heroine’s personality evolve throughout the book. I enjoyed the fact that Maisey wasn’t a typical heroine and wasn’t one of those ‘perfect and pure’ people, she had flaws which I felt brought her character to life. The one thing I would say would be the #tags. It was a nice touch but I felt it was just a little overdone and really stunted the flow of the story at points. But overall, would definitely recommend!

Great book

DO NOT play a drinking game with this book, on the word #hashtag. You’d never make it past the first chapter. Especially on a school night, you’d never make it to work the next day.
I counted 27 #’s in one chapter !! Any need ?

The narrator is awesome, the story line good, but OH~MY~DAYS, if I never hear the word HASHTAG again in my life, it would be to soon.

I really liked this as an opening gambit for a larger series: it wasn't what I assumed it was right at the start of the book and like an avalanche, it built and built upon itself as the story went on.

But my god, the FMC's inner monologue is annoying! All of the hashtags every other sentence actually hurt my brain and made her sound more like 16 than 21

Pretty good

This is an amazing book! I’ll admit I’ve never been much into Greek god stories but this book just may have changed my mind about that. It brought enough modern day into mix with the mythology to keep me hooked the entire time. #givememore
I can’t wait tell book 3 comes out.
