Meanwhile in a closed city outside Leningrad, top Soviet scientist Irina Valera discovers the secret to sending messages through space, a technology that could change the world. But an accident forces her to flee.
Desperate for a way back into MI5, Knox makes an unlikely ally in Abey Bennett, one of the CIA's only female recruits, while Valera’s technology in the hands of the KGB could be catastrophic As three powers battle for dominance, three people will fight to survive...

Really excellent spy thriller

I wasn’t totally engrossed throughout but the book is good enough. Fairly standard but enjoyable thriller.

Pretty good

I wasn't sure if I would stick with this audiobook, but it just did enough to keep me listening. I found the narration a bit uninspiring and flat which didn't help and the storyline lacked credibility, especially towards the end. All that said, I did want to find out how it ended so there was something about it that made it worthwhile.

A decent story

I liked all the characters and gave an insight into spy world. The narrator was very easy to listen to. Certainly would read more by this author

Great lead character

Very disappointing and uninspired. Thin plot, thin characters and even thinner dialogue...Waste of a token, couldn't finish it.

Poor Story and Poor Narration
