Rebel is a standalone MC romance set in the Boneyard Brotherhood universe.

When I joined the force after coming back from the sandbox, I didn't expect my day-to-day life would be anything but routine. It wasn't. I was barely more than a rookie when I was tapped to go undercover with some biker gang made up of other veterans...the "Boneyard Brotherhood" they called themselves. While my partner, Tara, posed as my "pretend girlfriend", we were tasked with finding evidence the sheriff could use to convict the members. It seemed easy enough.

It wasn't though. Things soon got complicated, both at the Boneyard and between Tara and me. I had feelings for both. The members of the brotherhood had become just that, brothers, and I wanted to drop the "pretend" from my status with Tara. But it was only a matter of time before the Boneyard found out I was a plant, and I was going to get stung.

This series has definitely kept me interested the characters are real with actual problems and the chemistry is undeniable. The narrator again has done a fantastic job and pushed the book to the next level

I enjoyed listening to Gideon Welles, he is excellent for this book.

Miller is a undercover police office who is sent into the Brotherhood and his partner Tara who is to be his alleged girlfriend. With out releasing he finds the family and brotherhood he was missing after leaving the Army

This is a fast paced with drama, action and surprises, twist and turns and steamy scenes.

This is last in the series. Loved all 3 books

This next instalment in the Boneyard Brotherhood series is interesting. While it has a romantic element to it, the development of this part of the story is very limited. The story is really about the emotional and psychological challenges a veteran has to deal with when transitional back to civilian life. It touches on the connection people with military backgrounds have with each others. And it is about choices and finding oneself.

The story is fast paced and filled with twists and turns. However, I did find it a little incomplete. There are certain aspects of the MC itself (namely the illegal activity) that are hinted at but not properly explained. As such it isn't my favourite book in the series but it was still interesting.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

MC action with a little romance.
