A SPECIAL 25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION NARRATED BY THE AUTHOR

Discover the deliciously dark and fantastically funny No. 1 bestseller about a woman living life rather too well and being whisked away from it all, from the No. 1 bestselling author of Grown Ups

'How did it end up like this? Twenty-seven, unemployed, mistaken for a drug addict, in a treatment centre in the back arse of nowhere with an empty Valium bottle in my knickers . . .'

Meet Rachel Walsh.

She's been living it up in New York City, spending her nights talking her way into glamorous parties before heading home in the early hours to her hot boyfriend Luke.

But her sensible older sister showing up and sending her off to actual rehab wasn't quite part of her plan.

She's only agreed to her incarceration because she's heard that rehab is wall-to-wall jacuzzis, gymnasiums and rock stars going cold turkey - plus it's about time she had a holiday.

Saying goodbye to fun will be hard. But not as hard as losing the man who she realises, all too late, might just be the love of her life . . .

Read this a long time ago and loved it. With the sequel coming out soon, I wanted to refresh my memory and was so delighted to see this released recently. With 2 small children audiobooks are so handy! Can't wait for the next one.

Will be quite brief: Rachel was absolutely painful at the beginning and I thought I'd be dropping this audiobook. However as I pushed through, the character arch was just wonderful 💕

Very hard at first but great book!!

it was a breathtaking story an I couldn't put it down. light hearted but serious, inciteful as well, though not too deep and to be pretentious. highly recommended.

Fascinating story, light and addictive
