In a town where secrets cling to the trees like moss, some things are better left buried.
For Skyla Bishop, being uprooted from her life in sunny Florida to the remote, chilling town of Hemlock Hollow is a nightmare. The forest is too dense, the locals are too watchful, and the feeling of being an outsider is a constant, unnerving weight. She and the other two generations of Bishop women are no strangers to whispers and rumors thanks to a so-called family curse that scares men away. But Hemlock Hollow holds a different kind of darkness, one that whispers of missing people and things that go bump in the night.
When a chance encounter with three devastatingly handsome and enigmatic men leaves Skyla's world spinning, she's pulled into a reality she thought only existed in her grandmother's wild tales. These men are more than they seem, and their intense, possessive interest in her awakens something ancient and powerful within Skyla herself.
Forced to confront a destiny she never knew she had, Skyla must navigate a world of supernatural politics, rival packs, and a fated Bond that could either be her salvation or her ruin.
Because in Hemlock Hollow, the woods are watching, the shadows have teeth, and falling in love might be the most dangerous thing she could ever do.

Oh, this book might just be my break back into shifter romances. Skyla having moved to a new town with her mother and grandmother to open up a new apothecary, being thrown into the world of witches and shifters, and having to deal with what she truly is is sure to throw you into a fun ride.
The good mix of drama, spice and romance make this such a fun reverse harem shifter read.
And can't forget giving Donna Frank the praise she deserves as she did a wonderful job narrating the book. The only downside I had was that I did get lost a few times on which character I was on with just having the one narrator so the three MMCs merged together a few times for me. Other than that, it was a fun journey to go on and I'll be happily be keeping an eye out for both authors and narrator's other projects.

The narration could have been better it maybe needed a male voice for the multiple male leads.

After page on page of fear and anticipation you reach the pinnacle of the story and that is when your heart shatters in a million pieces. I honestly sobbed like a baby. Many books out there provoke a rollercoaster of emotions in the reader but I haven't felt this bone deep sadness in a long time.

I listened to the audio and it felt more like a talking book for me rather than an immersive listen as there wasn't much variation between the performances of the characters but the narrator was perfect for Skyla. There were a couple of times I got Tristen and Caleb's POVs mixed up along the way but as the MMCs are together most of the time so it didn't really matter; Eli was 100% my favourite and felt like the most developed of the three.
Skyla was definitely the stand out role though and this was giving Practical Magic vibes from the get go. I loved her relationship with her Nana and her mum and I enjoyed the reveal about the Bishop curse. I really enjoyed the spookier elements of the story and would be interested in a return trip to Hemlock Hollow for a follow up.
