Empathy is a gift. Empathy and compassion are prerequisites for positive change within ourselves and the world. The more empathy and compassion there is in the world, the more positive shifts we will see unfold. It all starts with ourselves, and how we honor and nurture the empathy that exists within.
Affirmations about empathy are great for helping us see it in a positive light. Affirmations can be powerful. Studies show that when they are used daily, they can help strengthen self-worth by boosting both your positive opinion of yourself, and your overall confidence. When we repeat positive declarations about ourselves, our unconscious mind slowly gets re-programmed, and they transform into new beliefs. These new positive beliefs will then shift how we perceive the world and our lived experiences. They will open up our window of perception to allow us to see opportunities and positivity where we would not see before. This directly influences our thoughts, which influences our behavior, which influences our life.
With this audiobook, you will be able to improve your ability to protect your personal energy as an empath, forgive yourself, and also to learn to trust your intuition.
Because after all, your empathy is your superpower!
