The greatest scientific challenge of our age wasn't to enable time travel, it was to prevent it. The laws of physics had turned out to be idiotic, erecting no barriers to hopping time. In fact, they make it hard to avoid. I'm in the business of preserving the timeline - making sure the world sticks to the sacred rule of One Second per Second, and that history unfolds according to plan. The problem is, there is no plan until I make it.

I’m not really a Sci Fi gal but recently have been trying new genres and found this fairly reasonable. Listened to it as it was free and sounded interesting. Probably won’t bother continuing as it wasn’t gripping but was a fine accompaniment for walks and working.

Not my usual cup of tea

It's probably a good story with lots of science about time travel.
but the detail was too much for me.
7 chapters in and I gave up. The story wasn't gripping enough and I had no feelings for the lead character. I felt I didn't care what happened to him.
maybe this book is for science geeks. not for me.

I didn't like voice of the narrator

Unlike any time travel novel you have ever read before. This book is full of surprises - a breathless adventure yarn with enough real science to make you think it could all be possible- one day! Narrator carried it off perfectly too - thoroughly enjoyed this book.

Great premise - perfectly executed - loved this book
