Though I still didn't really understand what the golden amulet did- it seemed to defeat the Dragan ? Balance was restored and all the realms were ok once again.
I enjoyed the story, but I do feel there could have been some tighter editing in these books as the were phrases repeated throughout and even some repeated lines, which seemed a bit odd.
But overall the 2 series, this one and the Binding chronicles fit together... I did wonder about the missing events in the last series re. the dragon landing on the roof! But all was made clear in this book.
Narration was ok.
