The sky falls dark...the endgame is here.

Under siege

As the relentless approach of a truly gargantuan mothership sparks chaos on Earth, many believe the end times are here. The unknown beings are more technologically advanced than humanity can even comprehend, let alone match. Worst of all, observation makes one thing clear: They aren't coming to chat.

United in fear

For the first time since Dan McCarthy's initial contact with aliens a full 16 years earlier, the whole world is united against an existential threat. Humanity has its back against the wall like never before, side by side with two friendly races against odds that hardly bear thinking about.

Defiant until the end

But while billions understandably cower in fear, a few stand defiant. The gauntlet is thrown down. A showdown is coming. And be it on Earth or in space, the McCarthys will be there....

Don't miss Not Alone: Endgame, the epic culmination of the groundbreaking saga!

Note for listeners: Stay tuned for the brand new Not Alone: Origins story collection.

I’ve given this book 4 stars because I’ve listened to all 9 of the books and something must have kept me going. I have to mention my biggest gripe, though. The amount of times the word “remarkable” was written in this book was...., well, remarkable. It really grated by about book 3 in the series but by this book I had just learnt to roll my eyes and get on with it.

Remarkable

I have really enjoyed this series of 9 books which had allowed Craig to really develop his characters as they travel through from an auspicious start for Dan to the masterpiece of an ending,

I will really miss the characters and especially the pace of the book which fitted easily into my work routine,

I’ll be taking a short break from Craig’s work as I attempt to make inroads into the single series books I have waiting to be listened to, but it will not be too long that I will be back, diving into his other series of wofk.

A great listen!
