Özet
 ‘Tell Mum I miss her.’

Bodyguard Sam Wylde has had her British licence revoked. She is now operating in Europe, running security on a swanky motor yacht during the Historic Grand Prix race. And at the same time she trawls for news of her ex-husband and daughter.

In fact, the owner of the boat is bankrupt and the bank wants the multi-million-dollar vessel back. Sam is in the middle of a very dangerous situation that is rapidly escalating out of control.

Alongside her partner Konrad, Wylde has to fight enemies on all fronts. But will they even find themselves on opposite sides when it comes to the final showdown?

Nobody Gets Hurt. If only that were true.

Eleştirmen yorumları

'Full-on and adrenalin-fuelled to the point of making a James Bond movie look sedate... At the helm is a heroine who would put Bond in his place. Definitely a character of interest and one to watch'
‘I loved Safe From Harm, a thriller that had me in a choke-hold from its great opening line to the white-knuckle climax. Sam Wylde is a hero for our times. And she kicks major butt. RJ Bailey has created a serial hero to rival Jack Reacher himself’ (Tony Parsons)
'Safe From Harm is a whirlwind ride...If you didn’t know from the energetic writing and ballsy heroine that this was just the beginning, then the ending which leaves things on a cliff-edge would tell you that there is more to come...I’d say that Sam Wylde is here to stay.'

Good storyline and good characters, but.... it is too drawn out. Could remove about 1.5hrs in the middle and the book would be so much more impactful. Sometimes just too many details. Interesting enough to make you want to purchase book 3; although I might wait awhile.

Still good, but...

I love the character of Sam Wylde. This is the second book in the series. RJ Bailey is doing a great job. The characters are richly drawn. There is lots of action that is exciting and plausible. Imogen Church provides perfect narration. I will be awaiting the third in the series with baited breath.

Great new series. Looking forward to number three

Not as good as previous book and the skipping from one incident to another so often left me dissatisfied
