Özet

The second book of short stories featuring supernatural detective Jack Nightingale, who fights his battles in the shadows, in the grey areas where demons and monsters seek their prey, where one mistake can cost him his life - or worse.

In this collection of nine short stories, Nightingale matches wits against haunted houses, serial killers back from the dead, disturbed spirits, demon dolls and monsters from hell.

I have listened to every book Stephen Leather has wrote, with my hero Jack Nightingale.
Never disappointed, always a great story and Paul Thornley is the best narration for this character.

Cannot wait for Nightingale 3.

Fantastic, I love Nightingale.

It would be nice if Tennesse Nights were available through audible with Paul Thornley narrating the story.

These are 9 great spooky mysteries, involving regular characters such as T-bone, Jenny and Joshua. Worth buying and listening too.

I love Jack Nightingale

Although I am still eagerly awaiting the next full novel in audio form it was great to grab these short stories to tide me over while I wait.

I'm not entirely sure why Jack now lives in the USA, but it does make for rather entertaining stories.

My particular favourites here are ''Posession, ''The Mansion'' and ''Wrong Turn'' , the last one being hugely entertaining in the typical Nightingale 'Die Hard' style.

I wholeheartedly recommend this to all Nightingale fans and as a good introduction for those who may be interested in getting to know Jack Nightingale .

In a word BRILLIANT, as you might expect

You have to love the way Jack handles himself all the twists and turns in these stories full of fear , flight and fright .

Loved these short stories.

Very much enjoyed it.

Particularly enjoyed the first two stories.

I'd love to know why the author decided to write Jenny out and send Jack off to the states.

Up to him I suppose. With or without Jenny a very good listen.

Paul Thornley great as always
