Vivienne has poured so many hours into the massively popular VRMMO The Seven Cataclysms that she has more of a life inside the game than out. It's a fitting irony, then, when one day she wakes in the body of her maxed-out demon-mage 'Vivisari'—and finds that now, the game really is her life.

Rumors of a sequel had been circulating just before her unbelievable reincarnation. Did she, perhaps, need to fear an impending Eighth Cataclysm? If so, it's a good thing she has firepower in spades.

While the book is fun and overall decent, the MC is just too rambly, incredibly naive arrogant as hell, puts everyone above her when danger comes but then 2 moments later, she puts everyone in danger because she "just likes to fight" while also hating violence? It's just confusing when in one fight, she's able to vaporise armies and in another, she only decides to pick off high value tagerts and let's other people die in droves, but also remember, she hates leaving people to die or get harmed

Decent and entertaining but the writing gets annoying

When we see the title and we all think anime, just admit it. But other in the concept of the book, the characters and story it not very anime in its writing and it all im could wish for.

I was pleasantly suprised by how much I enjoyed this, definitely one of the better first books I've read from royal road, waiting for the next book
