The narrators were all good and I liked them all.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It was sad but I was surprised at how many times I laughed. So well written with just the right amount of emotion.

Any additional comments?

I hope Jenny continues to write in this way.

I bought this audiobook a while ago but never quite got round to listening to it. However once I did I wanted to listen to it continually. I loved the format with artefacts triggering the memories, the characters were well drawn and I thought it was very well written. I enjoyed all the voices which is unusual for me! Highly recommend

A Great Listen

This book stopped me in my tracks. I had no idea what to expect and it completely consumed me. Best one of 2016 so far and I will be reading/listening to more by Jenny Eclair - in fact I am already!

To start I wasn't sure , so pleased I persisted as it was a brilliant story . Not what I was expecting so a lovely surprise .

Brilliant listen

I stayed with this book determined to finish it. Elements were compelling and I did not want to put it down. At other times I became a bit bored with small scene setting details, which although very true to life, went on a bit. All in all it was an interesting story with the last line taking me by surprise. I have awarded just 4 stars overall because of the pages when my attention wandered.
