Motherhood is beautiful, challenging, exhausting, joyful, and deeply transformative, and sometimes, it is all of these things at once.

In Motherhood Reflections, Shaza Hamid shares honest and heartfelt reflections on the everyday realities of motherhood, the uncertainty, the exhaustion, the laughter, the lessons, and the small victories that can so easily go unnoticed.

Through seven heartfelt reflections, this audiobook invites mothers to pause, breathe, and look at their motherhood journey with greater compassion. It is a gentle reminder that motherhood is not about having all the answers or getting everything right. It is about learning, growing, beginning again, and finding meaning in the ordinary moments.

Whether you are a new mother, navigating the toddler years, or simply reflecting on the mother you are becoming, Motherhood Reflections offers a comforting reminder: You are not alone.

You are allowed to grow.

And you are enough.

Take a moment to pause, reflect, and embrace the imperfectly beautiful journey of motherhood.

This was such a lovely wise and supportive book. It gives wonderful advice to new mothers in a very gentle non judgmental way. The author has such a beautiful calming voice it was a pleasure to listen to.
As an aside, it shocks me how poor maternity leave is in some places. I feel very lucky to have worked in a job in the UK that allowed me to have 9 months off with my babies, without having to choose between my children and my career.
