Absolutely fab book which has completely changed the way I think about pretty much everything, I have no idea why they chose tge narrator because her voice is appalling and so hard to listen to, but don't let that put you off the book is too good to miss.

I really enjoyed this book. I learnt so much about myself, my previous marriage and mothering a son who’s is in elite sport. Lots to take away and introduce into our daily lives. My only criticism is that some examples of stories went into a lot of detail about a particular sport and as British person I at times I glazed over it, not appreciating the relevance of so much information. Aside from that really informative.
