i am a life long migraine sufferer. the book still has many areas not touched, but good. i suffer with hemiplegic migraines along with others. i know most of my triggers thankfully after having intensive tests whilst i stayed in hospital. but this is a fabulous book that should be given to those who refuse to believe. To management so that they understand or have understanding. For all those people out there who think you are being a "drama queen" to get a reality check.

Whilst it didn't give answers it gave me some insights I didn't know; it's great to know you're not alone.

I really loved this audio book, I couldn't stop listening till the end. It felt like I'm listening about my own experiences about migraine tbh and at the same time explained so many things I was never told about. Very easy to listen, very recommended.

Thank you for this. I was almost crying at times as it’s so relevant to me. I’m a female and after 15 yrs I finally got myself referred to a headache clinic. It was never an option until I found it. Great listen, will recommend to other migraineurs.

It’s good to hear something that takes this incurable debilitating illness seriously. As a lifelong sufferer migraine and endometriosis stopped me having any kind of “normal” life.
