Matt’s story ‘Mending’ was at times hard to listen to, but was equally enjoyable and thought provoking. As a lifelong Busted fan who was at that first theatre tour, I thought I knew a lot about Matt and the band but the story shares so much more about their lives and ultimately Matt’s hardships facing addiction. I am in awe of his resilience to overcome his demons and find sobriety and his wife Emma’s love and commitment to him. My favourite words from the book are that grief is just love with nowhere to go which really touched me. Hilarious in places and heartbreaking in others - five stars ❣️
