I thought I knew a lot about dogs but this really does help understand not only your own dogs but others too. You can’t always blame the owner. Loved the narration too. Highly recommend this.

A great listen

A really unique concept for me was introduced in this book. As I have adopted a complete mutt with terrier-like insticts I have to deal with behaviour like chasing bikes/cats/runners and also instictive fearful behaviour like barking at strangers coming towards her. As owners we need to educate ourselves so that we can understand deeper our dogs as long we have them.

Finally book with realistic approach to the topic of dogs. We are the ones with wrong expectations of or furry friends. I wish this book was mandatory for every foster or adoptive parent. Funny and brilliantly narrated
