*THE INCREDIBLE COMEBACK STORY OF THE 2025 MOTOGP WORLD CHAMPION*

Marc Márquez is the apex predator of the MotoGP world: arguably the greatest motorcycle racer who ever lived, he is a nine-time world champion. He is the man who dethroned Valentino Rossi, and who changed the sport of MotoGP forever.

Márquez's hyper aggressive riding style has made him many enemies, his epic championship battle with Valentino Rossi in 2015 led to one of the most controversial moments in the history of MotoGP and his closely-fought battle with his brother, Alex, for the 2025 title capped off an astonishing sporting comeback story.

But his story off the track is just as incredible: devastating accidents, surgeries and recoveries, racing on despite a diagnosis that left him knowing one more head injury could leave him blind. His self-admittedly ruthless personality and desire to win make him an explosive, dominant and at times controversial character.

Told by bestselling author Stuart Barker, with the insight of rivals, team members, pundits, managers and many close to his story, this is the a story of pure sporting theatre and white-knuckle speed twinned with real human drama. Marc Marquez: Everything or Nothing is the Márquez told in full for the very first time. Engineering Motor Sports Sports Yarış

En alakalı
Stuart Barker is incredibly knowledgeable about motorcycle racing and while there Is little in the way of Marquez’s private life, or the sort of emotional drama found in 'Joey Dunlop' or 'Ragged Edge' (both by the same author and also available here on Audible), the blow-by-blow account of Marquez’s racing career should be enough to excite any MotoGP fan. I was also fascinated by the decline of the Japanese factories in MotoGP. It seems unthinkable that the likes of Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki could get it so wrong after decades of domination.

And now the nitpicks…There are times when 'Marc Marquex: Everything or Nothing' reads like a companion volume to Stuart Barker’s 'Valentino Rossi'. There is a lot of overlap between the riders’ career, so if you have read the Rossi book, you will get a sense of déjà vu when reading this bio of his bitterest rival, Marquez. The other criticism I have is that, at the time of writing, Marc’s career is resurgent. He is currently at the top of the MotoGP standings with his brother Alex in second place. Rading a biography that ends just as the 2025 season is about to start is kind of dissatisfying if inevitable.
Nitpicks asides, 'Marc Marquez: Everything or Nothing' gets a solid 4 stars from me.

An entertatining if premature bio of MotoGP's GOAT

Good recap of Marquez’s professional career until 2024. At points a bit too mechanical just noting positions and points gained bu the pilot. I wish it had more inside stories and felt more personal.

Good recap of Marquez career

to be honest. the guy reading the book is boring. he sounds like he is AI and most likely is. he can't pronounce names properly either.
the story isn't to bad buy in al honesty im going to have to listen to something else and take a break from the sound of this man's voice.

boring

The book was okay, the main part (2025 Factory Ducati championship win) was missing but the biggest draw back was the narration. Unsure if it’s AI or not but a hard listen nonetheless the less… a lot of the names / places are pronounced badly which is a little disrespectful.

Almost unbearable narration
