This is the story about how I died. Not really.... I mean, I don't remember most of it, thank goodness. Long story short, I was betrayed. Some people I thought I could trust invaded my sky palace, stole my women, and enslaved my pet shadow hounds.

I was destroyed, utterly. Or so they thought.

Somehow, mana, the source of my previous power, brought me back. The backstabbing weasels think they are safe, barricaded in their strongholds. Here's the horrible part. They willingly sacrificed their own flesh and blood for security. And they had the nerve to call me evil?

Death wasn't all bad, I guess. It showed me what was truly important. But before I can get around to living my second life, I have some retribution to dish out.

Yes, some will call me unnatural. Others, evil. Blah blah blah.

I call myself the Manaborn.

Contains mature themes.

way too much sex in the bin and it's pretty much just repeating itsolf over and over, other than that it's actually a good book. it's abit of a rough start on the book but gets going after the first section quick enough, some interesting characters and actually had some storyline worth following. not a book to be listened to in public or if you are shy about a bloke being blown every five seconds. it's about someone starting to reclaim the life they once had from the bottom up again but with prior knowledge of their former life, that part is actually good.

Too much sex - sexual innuendoes/sexual shenanigans/sexual romps/harem. It will take a large chunk out of the audiobook if all that were left out. Storyline not tight enough. Will not be following this series. Hero bit of an idiot.

Disappointing

I never heard cringier lines like the ones in this book, guy comes back to life and immediately simps for the first desecrated female body, his attitude reminds me of lord Geryjoy being rescued by his sister in Game of thrones, idiot characters all the way to the end
