Özet

Her heart’s desire is the one thing he vowed never to give.

Samantha Rose views her dance - on the silks, on the lyra, on the ballroom floor - as an empowering art form. Not a come-on to entice men to shower her with fancy gifts she doesn’t want. In reality, her dreams look more like home. Love. Lots of children. So far, she’s zero-and-too-many for finding the man who’ll fit into that dream. He definitely isn’t Derek Damon Wright, the enigmatic, Viking-conqueror sexy owner of Club Frost. Though every time he looks at her, she feels it like silk wrapped around her skin.

With 30 successful night clubs worldwide, Derek hasn’t had time to play - the kind that involves ropes, steel, and webbing on tender female flesh. Until he spots Sam suspended 20 feet above Club Frost’s stage, and heat blooms in places inside him long gone cold. Except the things he wants to give her - luxury, decadence - she doesn’t want. And the one thing she does? He vowed long ago never to give anyone.

This is such a fantastic introduction to bdsm and aftercare. Added to this is the fact that the characters are well rounded and so very intriguing. Definitely a novel I will listen to again. I also enjoyed the narration the pacing was good and it gave it just an added level of emotions.

What a wonderful surprise in finding Elizabeth SaFleur! This is my first listen by her, and it will not be my last. A story of suspense and intrigue masterfully crafted around a romance with a dominant alpha and his new submissive are a joy to my ears! Derek is a high powered business man in the entertainment industry. Samantha and her company is hired to perform at one of his new venues and she immediate catches his eye. But will he catch her? A story of seduction and bdsm, along with a threat to Samantha brings us a delicious, passionate story that is impossible to put down. It's got all the elements I love, just enough suspense to keep the story interesting as the love grows. I will be checking out the others in this series. Though the 4th book in the series, it definitely stands alone.

Anastasia Watley is a fantastic story teller and she suits this story perfectly. She brings Samantha's spunky, independent, passionate sides out and quickly can change to Derek's dominant alpha. She has great voices for both male and female characters and easily tells the story with her inflections and nuances.

Love Derek & Samantha!
