HE’LL BREAK YOUR HEART. LITERALLY.

Franklin B Goodman wants to spread love wherever he goes.

But love is an emotion he doesn’t understand.

In Franklin’s dangerously warped mind, a damaged relationship is like a sick animal. He is willing to take extreme measures to nurse it back to health.

And if that doesn’t work… …the only option is to put it out of its misery.

On the other side of the River Mersey, murder detectives Nathan Cody and Megan Webley have their hands full with a manhunt to locate the killer of a beautiful and wealthy woman.

The last thing they need right now is for Franklin B Goodman to become interested in their lives.

quite a violent book, the story was at times hard to follow and the ending very sudden.

very violent

David Jackson is one of my favourite authors but this is not his strongest book with DI Cody as the main character. However some of the dialogue is very witty in places and had me laughing out loud! Worth a listen.

A good listen

David Jackson never disappoints. Great story, great plot, great dialogue and a few laughs along the way. Love the way this author writes and narration by Jonathan Keeble perfects it all

Dont miss out on these books - great author

I’ve never had the privilege of reading/listening to a book based in Merseyside/ Liverpool but would definitely be inclined to do so again. That Scouse humour made a very gruesome read at points simply hilarious. Thanks Mr Jackson, I’ll look out for more like this in the future

This book is gruesome, yet the last chapter had me belly laughing
