Everyone needs to read/listen this book, we have all lost people we love be it suddenly or otherwise and Simon and Ethan’s story takes you through the first year of their grief without their wife and Mummy. It’s heartbreaking but also shows there is light at the end of a long dark tunnel. Beautifully written and narrated. I wish Simon and his boy Ethan every happiness in the future.

Simons gift for putting into words many of my thoughts, feelings, actions has been so helpful.
A must read for anyone doing this journey. He tackles those hard thoughts of regret, guilt, despair, loneliness and much more.
If you want to know what your friend or relative is going through, then this is a must read.
Grief is sad and Simon doesn't shirk away from this, he is honest and at times funny.
I am so pleased I bought the audible version, he narrates it and so much better than just reading the words.
For me, a must read for anyone helping others on this journey and for those on the journey.
