An ill-timed storm on Christmas Eve buries the residents of Gracetown under multiple feet of snow and causes quite a bit of chaos. One brave soul ventures out into the storm from her stranded train and sets off a chain of events that will change quite a few lives. Over the next three days one girl takes a risky shortcut with an adorable stranger, three friends set out to win a race to the Waffle House (and the hash brown spoils), and the fate of a teacup pig falls into the hands of a lovesick barista.

A trio of today's bestselling authors - John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle - brings all the magic of holidays to life in three hilarious and charming interconnected tales of love, romance, and kisses that will steal your breath away.

Eleştirmen yorumları

A comedy as DELICIOUS as any whipped up by the Bard.
A GREAT story
The authors share an ironic, idiosyncratic sense of humor that helps bind their stories, each with a slightly different tone and take on love, into one interconnected volume brimming with ROMANCE.

Such an easy listen, the story is simple, the characters feel very alive and the setting is so relaxing

Comforting and warm

Good thing first: I like that the three stories were somewhat intertwined and came together in the end. Other than that, this was quite underwhelming. Whiney, self centred kids who seemed to spend the stories feeling sorry for themselves. And the annoying going up at the end of every sentence as if they’re always asking a question! Let’s just say the narrators (the female ones in particular), did not improve the experience.

A collection of whiners

The audio quality of this download began okay but by the last story it was missing whole paragraphs. Most annoyingly it cut off the last few lines of the book.

Terrible quality

First story is good but predictable. Second story slides straight into casual homophobia and didn’t really get going so I gave up on the third story

It goes down hill
