From NYT and USA Today bestselling author A.L. Jackson comes a close proximity, single-parent stand-alone romance…

Leif Godwin ignited a fire inside me the first night I met him in Los Angeles.

There is something about the dark stranger I can’t forget.
He’s gorgeous and intriguing and everything I should know better than to crave.
I never thought I’d see him again, but when my art studio is broken into, my rock-star brother convinces me to spend the summer living at his Savannah mansion with my two children.
I know I’m in trouble when I find Leif living in the guest house.

I have two focuses in life, my band and seeking revenge for what was stolen from me.

Mia West was never supposed to be part of the equation.
Her eyes are an appeal, and her body a temptation I know I should resist.
Every amazing thing about her has my walls crumbling at her feet.

I know touching her is a sin, but there’s no stopping this connection neither of us expected.

I’d give her anything, but I’m afraid loving her might destroy us all…

I didn’t expect the storyline we were delivered. A gripping story of loss, love and new beginning. The characters each had their own heartbreak and were drawn together by fate. The plot twists unexpectedly and makes you chase the ending. Highly recommend!

it takes a bit of time but once it gets going it's a good listen, narrators are great. middle score as It took a while to get into the story and understand what was going on.

I love tp read A. L. Jackson's books. I like her writing style , description and the detail with which she writes. I love the Falling Stars series. They are stories I have difficulty putting down.
The choice of Narraters is excellent too, though I felt Zachary Webber was very monotone in his delivery, hence the four stars out of five, but that's me being finicky! Another great read!

Well worth the read, with great narrative that are expressive and make the story come alive. The second in the series for the band Carolina George (apologises if I’ve spelt that wrong) and it’s always nice when the story interlink with other stories such as Sunder”s story. I must pry listened to this book 4 - 5 times and I’m still not bored of it. ITS DEFINITELY ONE WORTH THE TIME TO GIVE IT A GO!
Enjoy
