after living with HIV for the last 19 years I did find this book very interesting and very informative. it is all about having a good life still and keeping your immune system in a good working condition. could drugs play a big part of people who live with HIV going on to develop AIDS. I'll let you know in the future. very good book

A sad insight into global corruption and how the masses are misled, harmed and controlled by governments who are supposed to represent us, instead they are in bed with big business and individuals who have no respect for our autonomy. This book describes the same scam used in COVID on a larger scale. Incredibly interesting for anyone that lived through both of these pantomime.
