Three fleets aim to wipe out a planet.

One team must raise the alarm...and time is running out.

As Moldark turns his attention to Capriana Prime, Magnus and his gladias attempt to convince the Republic’s leadership to raise the planetary defense shield. But this seemingly simple task turns out to be more difficult than anyone expected, placing the planet’s population in grave jeopardy.

Desperate to save the capital, Magnus and the Gladio Umbra fight to save the seat of galactic rule at all costs.

Azelon isn’t without her tricks, however, and provides new hardware for Magnus—the BATRIG mechanized battle armament system.

But as time runs out, Magnus is faced with the hardest choices of his life...and gambles will be made.

All for the greater good.

Includes a special note from the authors.

The Ruins of the Galaxy series is now performed by Christopher Ryan Grant, narrator of the bestselling sci-fi series Strange Company.

Smashing story, the change in narrator is a bit of a juxtaposition but I got used to it. it's better listening to it at 1.1 speed.

Excellent story.

initially I found that the change of narrator made it difficult to listen to. however I found changing the speed to 1.1 made this a much better listen. Not sure if it has been uploaded with wrong speed, at 1x it was poor. Still not the same without RC Bray as I became so used to how he portrayed the characters.

love the series

Hope the pace picks up in the next book.
Although the new narrator is ok not a patch on R C Bray.

Not as good as the others

Very disappointed to see RC Bray wasn’t narrating this book. Changing voices of characters this deep in to a series was a mistake. Lost a lot of the character identity and humour. Bring back Bray!

Second tier

Can’t believe RC bray is not narrator for the whole series. He’s one of my favourite authors and CR Grant just doesn’t quite live up to his standards or mine
