I'm at a bar trying to poison a mark like the professional I am when I see him.

Straight from Tartarus, they say the shadow dragon called Legion has slayed entire armies single-handedly, and the intense way he looks at me suggests every rumor I've heard about him is true.

I should be terrified. Instead, I'm drawn like a moth to a flame.

The moment he touches me, everything changes.

Suddenly, my skin is the poison. One touch is enough to kill a man, which is exactly what I do before I realize what Legion has done to me.

I vow to make him pay.

The pull I feel toward him is a beacon—or a leash—but he's not the easy mark I expected.

To my utter horror, I go from hunter to captive.

If I want to earn my freedom, Ill have to give him the one thing he demands: me.

Hunt Me is a spicy standalone romantasy set in the Immortal Vices and Virtues Universe. Every book is a guaranteed happily ever after with a satisfying ending and no cliffhangers. Perfect for fans of Immortals After Dark, Black Dagger Brotherhood, and the Demonica series.

This was a fun, fast-paced fantasy read. I loved the banter between the main characters. There was some nice spice amongst the storyline. All in all, I really enjoyed this one.

I really enjoyed this shifter romance, fated mates’ story. I liked that there was a twist thrown in besides just their stubbornness making their mating hard. I liked that the Tartarus world was different than portrayed in other books I’ve read/listened to and the people from that world were so likable. I enjoyed the plot twists and surprises in this, and even the moment when I thought all was lost. Overall, this was a just a good story and I’d be interested in checking out more from this series as well as more from this author. The narrators both knocked it out of the park for me, especially with the duet narration style. I thought they perfectly suited the main characters and did a pretty good job giving a little tone variation for the secondary ones.

Hunt Me by Heather Hildenbrand is a dragon shifter romantasy that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah Puckett and James Amherst. This book is set in the Immortal Vices and Virtues universe and can be read as a standalone.

This is the first book of Heather’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. I loved the push and pull between Legion and Tori. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

James and Sarah did an amazing job on and narration. I loved that they preformed the book as a duet narration. It really brought the story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you’re looking for a romantasy, paranormal romance, or a shifter romance.

Another great addition to the series.

Tori is an assasin with a code. Legion is the underworlds general. When the mate bond hits neither one of them is happy with the attraction it ignites.

What makes life even more difficult for our main couple is Tori's poison skin. Desperate for each other but unable to even touch, ahh the angst.

Loved the narrators, could feel the tension with every snarky comment. Some stand out side characters made the story even more enjoyable. I can't wait for Styx's story.
