After attempting games myself I can see the advice is apply-able and even some rethinking my end is needed, but they're my games I'm writing, so a cautionary tale of what can go wrong.

I like that’s it’s read by the author so you know the tone is on point. The advice all resonated with me and I appreciate the approach. Downside is most the books he recommends at the end aren’t on audible. Can’t hold that against him though!
