Abandon all hope, the fifth horseman shall ride....

Nate Temple is on the hunt to right a wrong. Mordred - King Arthur's son - has escaped from Hell. And it's all Nate's fault.

Pro-tip: Don't let escapees rob the dreaded Nine Souls on their way out of Hell's Gates. It makes the escapee just an itsy bitsy bit stronger.

But what are the Nine Souls? And what does St. Louis think about having a self-proclaimed king in the 21st century?

Nate must brush up on his history, make uneasy alliances, and appease the King of Hell before everything falls to pieces. Because he's going to need to beg, borrow, and steal every scrap of power he can find to stand a snowball's chance in hell against Mordred and what the notorious traitor has in store for St. Louis.

Because Mordred has been planning this moment his entire afterlife, from that dark empty cell in Hell, and will stop at nothing to get his father's old heirlooms back. A certain Round Table and a sword. Only then can his master plan truly begin....

The world needs a Fifth Horseman. Whether they want it or not... Whether they can survive it or not...

I love these books, each story is a great fantasy story in it’s own right, but also part of this much bigger world, an even bigger story that becomes more epic as it unfolds. And every book is hilarious to boot.

This series, each book, they’re full of hilarious gems that have me laughing out loud, and while the main characters have some fantastic lines or storylines, it’s the more minor character appearances that often have me in stitches. This time round it was Dean (once again). That guy, when he shows up is a god, so funny. Love it.

Funny & fantastical

To sum up in words what this book made me feel is impossible because Shanye silvers manages to not only make you think but truest feel the story he truly is a master story teller beyond words themselves

There aren't words that can describe how this book made me feel

a good listen but rocording does jump in places but nothing too drastic I do think 9 souls was a better story, but this is still one of Shayne's better books

another great edition to Nate's storyline
