First audiobook in an already-published trilogy.

Single mother - check.

Dead father - check.

Motherless childhood - check.

Librarian - check.

Black-rimmed glasses to fit the job description - check.

The biggest a-hole in the world for an ex - check.

When you're born, you never know what life will throw at you. You just make the best of it no matter what happens.

That's pretty much been my go-to since infancy. Then the charming, bald-headed, blue-eyed Brent came along, and I thought all the suck in life had been flushed down the drain.

Ha! That's when my true journey began - motherhood.

This is my story of how I took life by the gonads when I decided I needed closure from my past - my father's sudden death in particular. But what happens next wasn't anything I expected....

It's hopeless...shattering...exciting...scary...joyful...priceless...and I owe it all to one man: Bear, a chapter president of the Sacred Sinners motorcycle club.

Warning: Contains adult, sexual content, the excessive use of the F-word, cheating, and whatever else makes it unsuitable for anyone under the age of 18.

Must listen to all three titles in the trilogy to get HEA.

So many heartbreaks and a mystery that needs answered are brought to the front in this book. Kat is such a strong character to deal with so much loss and be able to raise her daughters basically by herself (with a bit of moms help) and she finally finds some answers to her questions, heartbreaking as they may be. You get a happy for now ending with this book. I will definitely be looking into the next in this series.

This was an interesting storyline. It held my attention pretty well. I'm looking forward to listening to the next book in the series. I enjoyed Kylie and Eric's duet narration. I received this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.

Kat thought her father was dead until a Facebook message from Bear asks her to meet him in person. Leaving her daughters with her mother she has no idea her past is now part of her future. I enjoyed listening to this audio book, the narrators were fabulous. As with any trilogy there are still answers needed. I'm eager for the next instalment.

Loved the audio book

Hopelessly Shattered by Bink Cummings is the first book in the Sacred Sinners Motorcycle Club that I listened to on audio narrated by Kylie Stewart and Eric Rolon.

All I can say is Wow! Bink did an amazing job with this storyline. I couldn’t wait to know how the story was going to end. I cannot wait to dive into the second book Hopeful Whispers.

Kylie and Eric did an amazing job on the Duet Narration! I absolutely love these two together. I hope to listen to more of their work in the future.
