I really wanted to love this, but the plot just didn’t land for me. It felt like I was listening to scene after scene without much context. Mostly smut, not enough story.
The FL didn’t vibe with me either. She’s surrounded by strong characters, but somehow she felt the weakest. I kept waiting for her to show more agency, but it never really came.....

Honestly, I was a little unsure how this is going to go but the book was captivating. Every character was unique and well developed. I am impressed with Hannah's ability to create this immersive experience. I can't wait to read the next book and find out more about Alabaster and Callie. The cast was absolutely perfect. Well done to everyone involved.

I really enjoyed the fact that despite this story having the 4th wall broken by Teddy... there was so much more to the story.
I really enjoyed the dynamics between all of the characters and my only criticism is that I really want more of the story as to why the fourth wall was being broken.
