After a SWAT team smashed down stock-market millionaire Shaun Attwood's door, he found himself inside of Arizona's deadliest jail and locked into a brutal struggle for survival.

Shaun's hope of living the American Dream turned into a nightmare of violence and chaos, when he had a run-in with Sammy the Bull Gravano, an Italian Mafia mass murderer.

In jail, Shaun was forced to endure cockroaches crawling in his ears at night, dead rats in the food and the sound of skulls getting cracked against toilets. He meticulously documented the conditions and smuggled out his message.

Join Shaun on a harrowing voyage into the darkest recesses of human existence.

Hard Time provides a revealing glimpse into the tragedy, brutality, dark comedy, and eccentricity of prison life.

was an OK story but the narrator is awful. His impersonations of people in the story, especially females, are terrible.

awful narrator to an interesting story

This audio book had me gripped from start to finish. I couldn't stop listening to it; in the car, with headphones and before bed.

Shaun takes you deep into a world which most people will never experience...Joe Arpaio's jail system in Arizona.
The book gives a great insight of what Shaun went through, from just before his arrest, to his sentencing. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys non-fiction.

I thought the narrator did a good job, although it would have been better if Shaun narrated.

I finished 'Hard Time' late last night and have purchased 'Party Time' already. I hope an audiobook version of 'Prison Time' is coming out soon as I'll be purchasing that as well.

Amazing audio book

Good book bad choice of narrator. Should have been read by an English narrator. Cringed every time he says the work ARSE.
