I found this series very interesting and informative.
I already know a good amount about these areas, some more than others. But this series really helped either solidify what I already knew or taught me more about it. I will probably listen to this all again just to cement it.

Presenter has jovial tone. The contents of book can be summarised in 2min, but the length due to conversations with various experts. The book isn't motivational like anything dale carnigie. Its facts based on current knowledge and up to listeners to jump in (ref to last chapter).

Common sense stuff

Really was a great listen, it was structured very well and gave alot of up to date research answers from professionals worldwide, but in short effective bursts so not overwhelming. It has tips for everyone and daily habits. I loved that she asked questions that the everyday person would' of all fitness and health levels. I really feel like I have been updated with research and reinforced things I have already heard and read over the years within Health, Biology, social sciences and even spirituality. So glad to have come across this book so early in the year also as it has set a tone for the year ahead with things learnt and to pass on to others professionally and in personal life.
