Very easy to follow while surprisingly entertaining
Excellent structured book, all changes convincingly explained and verified
Lots of examples aimed mainly of how to become a better communicator (or human ;) and on the “sideline” how generate new customers… and keep existing customers happy
I am not owning a gym but a gymnastics club for kids and i will 100% implement some changes after listening to the book

The best industry audio book I've listened to. As a lifelong servant working inside the industry, this has so many values to apply to your own self development.
