The book took me by the storm. It’s insightful, reaches deep into your roots, into your need and determination to change, and the practical strategies are great.

Part I on the principles is the part that I feel reaches for your roots. Part II is very practical, you’ll likely recognise many situations and find thoughtful rationales to understand those situations as well as strategies to help you navigate them while never losing sight of your and your kids good insideness.

I absolutely loved every chapter of this book. I took a lot of notes. Dr Becky’s strategies are spot on. I am going to buy a hard copy now as I know I will be coming back to it again.

Really enjoyed listening to this. It's well written and well narrated. I liked the balance of thought, explanation and practical strategies for each section. It was accessible but thorough, and Dr Becky comes across as warm and sincere, yet knowledgeable and competent. Definitely recommended.
