I am a father with a daughter that will be going through puberty in the next few years, and I didn't know all the questions that I would need to ask her or how to treat the situation but this book will be a huge help. Understanding what she will go through and the questions to ask her will be a life saver.

Girlish is filled with valuable information and addresses more questions than I realized girls would have. There was no handbook like this when I was going through puberty. I liked the narrator too. This is a must-read puberty guidebook for girls and their parents!

This book does a great job of addressing the changes that girls go through during puberty. It also gives remedies to symptoms dealing with PMS.

Puberty is rarely simple but I loved the optimism of accepting a young girl's transformation through this audiobook. As I was growing up, I believed that this period was taboo, uncomfortable, and shameful. This is a great experience for a young woman to go through, and I admire authors like London Ford who are shifting that perspective to one of acceptance and happiness. This book covers a wide range of topics, including what to expect and how to handle all the changes that are coming. I would suggest this audiobook to any mothers of daughters who are teens or are nearing puberty. An excellent tool to help young ladies accept their own femininity.
