This book is so easy to listen and understand. It helps you understand the biology, causes, results of all what is happening inside your body and what is causing your infertility or other PCOS-related symptoms. It also talks about other possible conditions and is helping you to understand all of it and to manage and treat your root causes and symptoms. I would like to recommend this book to everyone who is already or not yet diagnosed with pcos and is struggling with infertility.

This book was recommended by a random YouTuber I stumbled upon. She spoke so highly of it I decided to give it a go. I've loved every bit of it. Makes so much sense and has inspired change in me. Thank you so much Clare Goodwin.

Best book I have listened to for pcos when the doctors don't give you much. Perfect to explain your condition and what to do to help. If you have just been diagnosed like me then this book really helps

This is a complete pcos book in my opinion. Claire does know her stuff as she’s explained issues and root causes of pcos perfectly as well as what to do when you identify your root cause(s). My issues with the book 1. You could almost have a sense that she was withholding and one couldn’t get “more” unless they enrolled for her pcos protocol program.

I have been suffering from PCOS and its’ symptoms since the age of 16. In 12 years I have been put on birth control for 6 years, not had a period in 3 years and have been struggling to conceive since. After 3 referrals and a miscarriage I felt let down by all my doctors and extremely frustrated by their empty answers.

This book has empowered me to understand the root cause of my PCOS and look at things from a different prospect; a positive one! Loved all the case studies and evidence based knowledge. Have already recommended this book to 2 friends also being let down by the system.
I am adjusting my life accordingly and now have new hope for my future ✨
