Reformed art forger Tilda Goodnight reluctantly joins forces with semi-reformed con man Davy Dempsey. They want to steal a dubious painting and several million embezzled dollars from a lethal widow named Clea, who has targeted a mild-mannered art collector as her next dearly departed. Complications include her sister, the female impersonator; his best friend, the reformed cat burglar; a recidivist embezzler named Rabbit; a hit man; some lousy sex; and a juke box. Trouble ensues....©2004 Jennifer Crusie (P)2004 Brilliance Audio, Inc. Contemporary Kadın Kurgu Kurgu Literature & Fiction Romantic Comedy Romantik Çağdaş Romantizm Komedi Gerilim Komik

The narrator read too fast and made no distinction between the story and characters' libes. The voice is nice.

Good to see the characters from 'welcome to Temptation " again . I'd like to meet them all in a third book but it's been so long now that probably won't happen .
Brilliant narration too!

This time we meet the brother, Davey, as he tries to track down his stolen money and some forged paintings. More whacky characters are introduced as an ailing art gallery tries to stall bankruptcy through nefarious means.
