The Eternal Emperor Shinzan continues to gather his strength. And the power he will unleash is beyond the imaginings of the spirits themselves. No army can stand against him. There is only one who can give Lumnia the freedom she has craved for so long. Only one who can save the world from being consumed by the Emperor's evil. But will it be Ethan who faces him? Or will it be Martok?

This 4th book in the Dragonvein series lived up to expectations, following on from the 3 previous books. Will be buying the 5th in the series when available.

After finishing the third book, I began to hate this series and the narrator. I found the plot of the thitd book to be cheap and lazy. I left the series alone for almost 2 years. I must confess I thoroughly enjoyed the fourth book. Now I will start the final book.
